Aligning Support
DPS is committed to providing a variety of different types of high quality professional development that is aligned to the DPS Framework for Effective Teaching. Teachers are able to access targeted support which enables them to refine their craft and continue to grow professionally.
For example, video exemplars of effective instructional practice aligned to each indicator of the Framework have been captured and uploaded in the Educator Development section of Schoolnet. An example video of effective classroom practice in DPS aligned to "LE5 - Resources and Space" can be seen below.
